If you’re a good little WordPresser and keep those themes and plugins updated as soon as you see the notification (and if you’re not, that’s a whole other post)- then you’ve probably recently updated to the MailChimp 3.0 add-on for Gravity Forms. Be aware – that update removes the MailChimp connection for each form and you must reset it after the update. These days, it’s rare that an update gives me problems, but I’ve noticed this update caused this problem on several sites. The forms were being submitted, but were not being recorded in MailChimp.
Also, the way you access the connection to the MailChimp feed has also changed. MailChimp used to have it’s own menu dropdown under forms, but now you will find it under the individual form under Form Settings.
But now you get a brief message about it’s new location (that I ignored the first time and then realized that once you check it, it instantly disappears and doesn’t reappear, and I didn’t know where to find the MailChimp settings!)
Once you’ve done the upgrade (and checked the box on the notice) you will need to go to the individual form > Settings > MailChimp.
Then you have to create your MailChimp feeds all over again, but that is the same as before.
Hope this post catches you in time to save you some aggravation!
