Gravity Forms has recently changed the way you add notifications, so if you’ve never used notifications before or if you’re confused about the new way to add them, this video is for you.
Here’s a little more detail on how to make sure the person who submits the form gets a copy of all the field data:
Go into your form and then go into
Form Settings > Notifications > Add New.
Make sure your “Send To” field is using “Select a Field” and select the “email” in the dropdown.

To make sure the person gets an email with all the fields, in the message section put this shortcode:
{all_fields}
You can use the tiny icon to the right of the message box to add this automatically. Here is how it should look:
If you only want to send some of the form fields, you can use the other options you see in the dropdown.
